Refund Policy – GreenPower Energy Limited

If you have purchased electricity packages through our website or app, you have 48 hours to request a refund back to your GreenPower Energy account balance.

Refunds back to your GreenPower Energy account

You may request a refund for unused packages within:

• 48 hours of purchase, or
• The current billing period

Refunds are not available for electricity already consumed or for packages purchased automatically by us to cover usage.

You may apply for a refund in these situations:

1. Your first purchase as a new customer (within 7 days)
2. You are ending your supply agreement and have over-purchased packages
3. A metering error resulted in excess purchase

Refunds will appear in your “My Orders” section.

Refunds from your account into your bank account

Credit balances are generally for electricity purchases only. Refunds to a bank account are only allowed in exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate or mistaken payment
• Switching to another retailer
• Extreme financial hardship
• Lines company rebates
• Significant metering errors over time

Refunds can only be made to the original bank account used for payment.
