When you contact us, please include your name, contact details, account number if available, the address the complaint relates to, and a brief description of the issue.

We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as practicable and aim to resolve it promptly. If we cannot resolve your complaint, or you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact Utilities Disputes.
